...extremely poor taste at the Oscars.

I love Bette Midler’s song “Wind Beneath My Wings” and it was appropriate following the salute to those members of the movie profession who passed away this past year...BUT...having and HOLDING a slide pic of the drug addled Philip Seymour Hoffman while she belted the lyrics “you’re my hero” was over the line.  Put the pic up...just like all the others...but get rid of it.  Hoffman is NO hero.

Putin is acting like the tin horn little dictator he really is.

He should be reminded of the last Russian leader who did that was named Khrushchev who gave the world the Cuban Missile Crises and he should check the result of that stupidity.  Khrushchev backed down...and waddled into history fairly fast.

Regarding the mysterious “Christie” the unusual young lady with no email and possibly no cell phone in this day and age...I’ve heard “nothing”. (see earlier post)
